As you can see, I decided to start a food-blog during lockdown (thecoeliacqueen.wordpress.com)
This slowly turned into something more when I taught myself how to edit for my interview series, which started back in June this year.
Now unfortunately there is no stopping me - so as a bit of a laugh, I thought I'd start up a cooking series on my YouTube!
